9. Competitions

9.1 Open to all UK, Channel Island and Isle of Man residents aged 18 and over, except employees and families of the promoter and its affiliate companies, agencies and anyone professionally connected with the promotion.

9.2 Only one prize can be won per named entry per competition.

9.3 The answers sent in response to any competition may be used for publicity and internal purposes. To that extent, by entering the competition, all entrants agree to grant a royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to the Promoter and their agents to use the answers submitted in any media. Entrants also waive any moral rights under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988. By entering this competition the winner assign to the promoter the copyright and all intellectual property rights in their entry which includes all text elements submitted.

9.4 Full prize details are stated on the competition page.

9.5 The prize is as stated and no other cash alternative is available.

9.6 Incomplete, illegal, illegible, indecent or late entries will not be accepted. The promoter cannot be held responsible for any internet service interruptions or electronic fault.

9.7 Each and every entry submitted throughout all competitions will be judged by a panel of judges, the judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Except where prize draw mechanism is stated, this will be a random selection.

9.8 By entering the promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and by the decision of the Promoter, which are final in all matters relating to the promotion. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend any promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside their reasonable control. The Promoter reserves the right to terminate or temporarily suspend any featured promotion in the event of technical or other difficulties that might compromise its integrity.

9.9 Entrant's data will be collected and the entrant will be given the choice to opt-in to receiving promotional and marketing information from Benenox and on occasion third parties chosen by Benenox, when submitting their personal data. All promotions featured on this site and these terms are governed by English Law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Terms and conditions of the GO.DO.BE.INSPIRED event ballot

By submitting your entry to this event, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Ballot registration instructions form part of these Terms and Conditions. Registrations submitted with incomplete information, or found to contain invalid information, shall be deemed invalid entries.

Eligibility:
1. The event is open to residents of Great Britain (England, Scotland and Wales) and the Chanel Islands aged 18 or over excluding employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, its partner, its agents, the venue or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion.
2. Internet access is required to register to the ticket ballot.
3. 1 entry per IP address.
4. A printer or smart phone is required to show confirmation email for entry to the venue.

Timings:
5. The ballot registration is open 03/10/17 and will close at 00:00 on 15/10/17.
6. Ballot draw will take place on 16/10/17 and if not all tickets have been allocated unsuccessful applicants will be reconsidered at a second ballot on 20/10/17.
7. The event will be held on 01/11/17 from 18.30 – 21.15.

How to enter:
8. To enter the Benenox + The School of Life GO.DO.BE.INSPIRED evening of mind fuel ticket ballot draw:
• Go to www.benenox.com/godobe/register/ and register your name and email address
• You will receive an email confirming that you have been registered into the ballot. This does not mean you have a ticket to the event.
• Successful applicants will be notified by email on the ballot draw date 16/10/17 that they have received tickets for the event and will have 48 hours to confirm attendance, and provide the name and email address of the second attendee.
• If not all 60 pairs of tickets have been confirmed via the first ballot draw, unsuccessful applicants in the first ballot will be reconsidered at a second ballot on 20/10/17, and will have 48 hours to confirm attendance and provide the name and email address of the second attendee.
• An email will be sent confirming that both attendees are on the guest list. This email should be shown via print out or on screen via smart phone to gain entry to the venue.


Ticket selection:
9. 60 pairs of tickets in total will be allocated randomly by an independent verifier. Tickets cannot be transferred or resold and will be issued to the registered person who will bring with them 1 guest.
10. If a selected attendee does not provide a valid email address or does not confirm attendance within 48 hours of receiving the confirmation email the tickets may be allocated to another registered user.


Event terms:
11. By registering to the ballot draw applicants are agreeing to the following terms of the event:
a. No transport to or from the venue will be provided by the promoter and the venue does not supply allocated parking spaces.
b. Security checks and bag searches throughout the Venue.
c. The Promoter and the Venue owner cannot take responsibility for personal property brought onto the Venue.
d. The Promoter and the Venue owner are entitled to refuse admission or re-admission to, or to eject from, the Venue any person.
e. Admission will only be granted to over 18’s valid ID may be requested to confirm age.
f. Smoking is only allowed in the designated areas at the Venue.
g. Due to licensing laws, no alcohol may be brought onto site and any such alcohol must be confiscated and handed to security staff for disposal before entry can be granted into the Venue.
h. The following items are prohibited from the Venue:
 any item which may be interpreted as a potential weapon, including sharp or pointed objects (e.g. knives, large corkscrews), glass bottles, pyrotechnics and 'personal protection' sprays.
i. Items left with event security or in the cloakroom are done so at the risk of the owner. The Promoter and the Venue owner will not take responsibility for lost or damaged goods.
j. Mobile phones to be switched off during the talks. Professional video, photographic equipment and the use of laptops are not permitted during the talks. Flash photography is forbidden.
k. Official filming and photography will take place during the event. By attending the event ticket holders grant their permission to the Promoter and its partners for their likeness and voice to be included on film and photographs and their exploitation and advertising without compensation or credit.
l. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter and the Venue owner hereby exclude any liability for loss, injury or damage to persons/property in or around the Venue. Neither the Promoter nor the Venue owner shall be responsible for any interrupted and/or restricted view.

General: 
12. For a list of the ballot draw winners full names and their counties, please send a self-addressed envelope to ‘‘Benenox + TSOL event c/ o Bray Leino Ltd., Filleigh, nr Barnstaple, Devon EX32 0RX’ within 3 months of the closing date.
13. By attending the event ticket holders agree to take part in relevant publicity and marketing without further consent or payment.
14. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries including but not limited to asking for address and identity details and to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of this promotions entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or won using fraudulent means.
15. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, terminate or temporarily suspend this event at any time with no liability to any entrant or any third party but will always endeavour to minimize the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
16. The Promoter, its associated Venue, agencies and companies accept no liability for any loss, expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person's negligence) in connection with the event other than such liability that cannot be excluded by law including death or personal injury caused by negligence, where liability shall be limited to the minimum permissible by law.
17. The Promoter’s decision in all matters relating to the event is final and binding.
18. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
19. This Promotion is subject to English law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts.

Data Protection:
20. Personal information will be shared with the Promoter’s external partners and agencies for the purposes of administrating this event only and for no other purpose, unless you opt in to receiving marketing communications. Your personal details will at all times be kept confidential and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

Instagram Competitions

The promoter of the Competition is Thornton and Ross, Linthwaite Laboratories, Linthwaite, Huddersfield, HD7 5QH

1. No purchase necessary.

2. The promotion can be entered by visiting the Benenox Instagram (www.instagram.com/benenox) page. The entrant will be able to enter the competition by engaging with the competition post.

3. The competition begins on the 16th November 2017 and ends on the 13th November 2017

4. By entering, the entrant agrees to be bound by the Terms and Conditions.

5. The prize is as follows: (to be chosen at Benenox’s discretion)

6. You must be 18 years or older to enter any competition on the Site.

7. Only one entry per person is permitted.

8. This competition is a prize draw mechanic; the winner will be picked at random.

10. The promoter shall not be responsible for any internet service interruptions or electronic fault.

11. Incomplete, illegal, illegible, indecent, misdirected or late entries will not be accepted. The promoter cannot be held responsible for any internet service interruptions or electronic fault.

13. By entering the promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and by the decision of the Promoter, which are final in all matters relating to the promotion.

14. At the discretion of Benenox, prizes will be dispatched up to 28 days after the winner receives confirmation of winning. Benenox hold no responsibility of any delivery delays. The winner must claim the prize within 14 days of being notified of the win.

15. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend this promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside their reasonable control.

17. If the prize is declined or if the winner forfeits the prize under these terms or conditions, then Benenox may at their absolute discretion run a new prize draw selection.

Terms and conditions of the Benenox ‘Sleep Detox’ Competition

 

In addition to the general terms set out above, the following terms and all entry instructions elsewhere on the Site will apply to the ‘Sleep Detox’ competition.

The promoter of the Competition is Benenox, Thornton & Ross, Linthwaite, Huddersfield, HD7 5QH.

  1. Promotion entrants agree to be bound by terms and conditions and by any other requirements set out in the associated promotional material.
  2. Open to all UK residents aged 18 or over. The competition commences at 10:00 on the 12th March 2018 and finishes at 23:59 on the 9th April 2018. All winners will be notified by email, by the 7th May 2018.
  3. No purchase necessary - entry to the competition is free. To enter, users have to answer 12 questions about their sleep habits. Then users must fill in their details including name, email address and postal address.
  4. Entries received after the closing date will not be eligible.
  5. There will be 50 winners selected within a prize draw mechanic.
  6. The 50 winners who receive a Benenox Sleep kit, will be contacted following the sleep detox period ( 9th April – 21st May ) to find out information on their sleep detox. An email with a link to a survey with a series of questions on the sleep detox will be sent to the email address used to enter the competition.
  7. By entering this competition you are awarding the promoter ( Benenox ) the right to use the information gathered from both surveys for marketing and communication purposes across all on and offline communication channels.
  8. You may only submit one entry per person.
  9. Entry does not guarantee a prize.
  10. There is no cash alternative to the prizes. The prizes are non-transferable.
  11. The promoter shall not be liable for any interruption to this promotion or any technical failures or malfunctions, whether due to force majeure or other factors beyond the promoter's control.
